rebooking for next term gets underway from Saturday 8th march (for those staying in the same class). Changing class 15th March,
new students from 24th march.

For the 8yrs+ during half-term who can swim min of 50m.
Thursday 21st feb 12.30pm 'try' snorkling and scuba diving at greatly reduced cost.
Places MUST be booked in advance. Cost £15 (Deposit £10 at time of booking)

You can walk on water with this great new craze from Asia.
5yrs to 105yrs come and try them out for free on friday 15th feb 6pm to 7pm

Bonfire Night 5th Nov
Due to the Lewes Bonfire celebrations, the Swimming club will not be using their session and the session will be an OPEN SWIM (6-8pm)
Freedom Swim School (4.30-6pm) will still be going ahead, the centre will close early at 8pm.

Aquafit
Jo joined us as the new Aquafit instructor on thursday 25th taking the ladies through their paces, ' keeping the woggle under'. Join the team next week 7pm start.

'Scuba Kids'
Great fun had by all taking part on thursday 25th, clearly some keen future divers in the making.  Pictures available soon.

half term programme
keep the children busy, the pool is open every afternoon 2pm to 5pm with the floatarama & funtime session. bring the kids along and mum/dad if your staying with us we will show you our gym, offer tea/coffee and if you book an induction we will give it to you half price!! (posted 19/9/07)

kids snorkelling & scuba try dive, thursday 25 October

adult swimming lessons start saturday 6 October
beginners from 4pm - those new to the water, we help to build confidence and get you taking those first strokes.
improvers from 4.30pm - you can swim a stroke for a length or two, now you want to master the other strokes and get more pleasure from you pool visits.
